La pioggia non ci vuole proprio lasciare. Ed io nella mia tana, dopo un bel pranzetto domenicale ed un sonnellino che non fa mai male, ho dato sfogo alla mia creatività :)

Ho preparato il presepe nella noce di buddha che ho comprato in fiera a Bologna.
Ho semplicemente incollato le statuine ed un po' di muschio. Ho voluto lasciare tutto quanto più semplice possibile per non alterare la noce ed il senso della Natività.


I prepared the crib in buddha walnut that I bought at the fair in Bologna.
I simply pasted the statuettes and a bit of moss. I wanted to leave everything as simple as possible to avoid altering the nut and the meaning of the Nativity.

Frugando tra i cassetti sono saltate fuori 5 piccole palline di polistirolo. Così le ho messe da parte in attesa di un'idea per decorarle.
E l'idea me l'ha suggerita Melì-Melò un giorno che sono capitata nel suo blog!
Mi sono liberamente ispirata a queste decorazioni :)


Rummaging through the drawers 5 small balls of polystyrene popped up. So I put them aside waiting for an idea to decorate them.
And Melì-Melò  suggested to me the idea when I visited her blog some time ago!
I freely inspired by these decorations :)



E poi.... un piccolo rifugio per uccellini in feltro :)

Ho comprato il kit alla fiera. Il mio primo acquisto lì! Pensandoci dopo mi sono detta :' Cosa cappero me ne faccio??' Assemblarla è stato divertente anche se il feltro spesso è difficile da tagliare e credo che decoreranno qualche pacchetto a Natale!

I bought the kit at the Il Mondo Creativo. My first purchase there! After thinking about it, I told myself, 'What do I do with this kit?'.  Assemble it was fun, even if the thick felt is difficult to cut.
I guess that I will decorate some Christmas package with these 'birds houses'!

Finalmente riesco a mostrarvi cosa ho comprato alla Fiera di Bologna.
Una cosetta qui, una cosetta lì...credo che il bottino sia stato soddisfacente...sicuramente ha alleggerito il mio portafoglio di un bel po' :) però ho fatto una bella scorta!

A little thing here, a little something there ... I guess the 'loot' was satisfying... certainly I lightened my portfolio of a lot ':) But I bought a lot!



Ed ecco una grande spilla di lana che ho fatto per mia sorella.
Quest' inverno sembra che il colore cool sia il grigio. A me piace molto.
Ho seguito il tutorial segnalato da Linda. Con la lana è venuta davvero grande, all'inizio volevo disfarla, ma invece è piaciuta!


This is a great wool brooch I made for my sister.
In this winter it seems that the gray is very cool color. I really like it.
I followed the tutorial pointed out by  Linda. With the wool,  the pin is coming really great,  and at the beginning, I wanted to undo it but then I liked it!




Intanto ne sto facendo delle altre con la stessa tecnica ma con colori e dimensioni diverse per la bancarella che mio cognato sta organizzando con la sua associazione  in occasione della festa patronale a Sant'Agnello il 14 Dicembre.
Per la prima volta venderò delle mie creazioni :) Speriamo bene...


Meanwhile I'm doing the other pin with the same technique but with different colors and sizes for the stand which my brother in law is organizing with his association in December 14.
For the first time I'll sell my creations:)  Let's hope all goes well ...

Sto già pensando a questo fine settimana e a cosa fare e realizzare.
Alla fiera ho comprato un bel po' di cosette e a tante altre ho dovuto rinunciare causa portafoglio.
Ora giacciono ancora nelle buste, devo sistemare tutto nel caos del mio angolino.
Ho comprato feltro, lana, bottoni... nastrini... spilloni e poi un timbro con tutto il necessario.
In uno stand erano in vendita anche le noci di buddha. Era la prima volta che vedevo quel frutto simile a noce di cocco. Ne avevano realizzati presepi e non ho resistito!
Ho scelto la noce più bella: profonda e larga. E poi i pastori piccini piccini :)
Questo fine settimana realizzerò il mio piccolo presepe!

I'm already thinking about this weekend and what to do and achieve.
At the fair I bought a lot of little things and so many others I had to quit due to the portfolio. 
Now they lie still in the envelopes, I've to place everything in my little corner.
I bought felt, wool, buttons ... ribbons ... pins and then a stamp with everything you need.
In a stand there were also buddha nuts. It was the first time I saw the fruit that is like coconut.
They had made cribs and I could not resist!
I chose the most beautiful walnut: deep and wide. And then some very little pastors :)
This weekend will fulfill my little crib!

Un fine settimana diverso dagli altri: Mopo alla scoperta di nuovi mondi!
In compagnia della mia fotografa personale (mia sorella) siamo partite venerdì alla volta dei cieli di Bologna.
Mi sono appoggiata per dormire a casa di una mia carissima amica d'infanzia. Siamo cresciute praticamente insieme perchè eravamo vicine di casa. I balconcini delle camere da letto dei nostri genitori erano comunicanti e noi trascorravamo l'intera estate lì a giocare. Appuntamento fisso alle 15 del pomeriggio, attente a non gridare perchè i nostri papà di ritorno da lavoro riposavano.
Sistemate sotto tende che diventavano la nostra casa, trascorrevamo ore intere!
E poi le scuole superiori.... l'università...abbiamo fatto scelte diverse ma quando potevamo studievamo comunque insieme: ognuno faceva i propri compiti.
Ed il tempo passa....l'amicizia cresce...si trasforma... si fortifica e nulla può intromettersi.
Così oggi lei è sposata, vive a Bologna ed ha un bimbo di 4 mesi bellissimo! E nonostante la lontanaza tutto è rimasto proprio come quando eravamo vicine di casa :)

Ma cambiamo argomento!
Cosa c'è stato questa fine settimana a Bologna??!! La fiera Il mondo creativo!!!!
La mia prima fiera!...Sono rimasta senza parole! Quanta gente, un mare di colori, di materiali, cose che neppure sapevo cosa fossero, e le idee....milioni di idee!
Per fortuna che prima di andare avevo messo nel portafoglio la cifra che mi ero prefissata di poter spendere, altrimenti mi sarei rovinata!

The last weekend was different from others: Mopo to discover new worlds!
On Friday my personal photographer (my sister) and I left to the 'skies in Bologna'.
I staied at the home of one of my dearest childhood friend. We grew up together because we were neighbors. The balconies of the bedrooms of our parents were communicating and we spent the entire summer there to play. Appointment at 15 o'clock, careful not to shout because our father rested.
Arranged under tents that became our home, spend hours!
And then in high school .... the university ... but we made different choices, we tried to study togheter.
And time goes by .... friendship grows ... changes ... becomes stronger and nothing can interfere.
So today she is married, lives in Bologna and has a beautiful baby of 4 months! And everything is still just like when we were neighbors :)


But change the subject!
What's been this weekend in Bologna?! The Fair Il Mondo Creativo!!
My first show! ... I was speechless! How many people, a sea of colors, materials, things that did not even know what they were, and ideas .... a million ideas!
Fortunately, before I go put the figure in the portfolio that I had set out to be able to spend, otherwise I would have ruined!

Non ci posso credere che mi è stato assegnato un premioooo!!! :)))
Al mio blog così semplice, che messo a confronto con altri sembra proprio una formichina....

4. Mi piace restare in pigiama a casa la domenica mattina....ma anche tutti gli altri giorni potendo!
5. Impazzisco per la pizza....la mangerei a colazione, pranzo e cena!!!
6. Vorrei tanto un gatto...ma per il momento vivo con i miei e sono loro a decidere :(
7. Mi piace guardare film accoccolata sul divano
8. Odio l'attesa!
9. Non sono affatto costante nelle mie cose
10. Sono un po' un generale certe volte

Sarà colpa della pioggia e dell'aria cupa e grigia che mi ha accompagnato tutta la giornata, è che ho proprio voglia di addormentarmi abbandonandomi in un caldo e rassicurante abbraccio, ma non si può... e devo accontentarmi del tepore offerto dal mio piumino.
Vuol dire che stasera continuerò a lavorare al progetto che ho iniziato ieri

Maybe it's fault of the rain and the dark air of today, but now I would fall asleep wrapped in a warm, reassuring hug. Unfortunately it's impossible... so I have to satisfy of my warm duvet.

Avevo scaricato lo schema un po' di tempo fa e giaceva insieme alla lana destinata per questo progetto nella cesta.
Poi dopo aver sferruzzato un po' credo che inizierò al secondo  libro della trilogia di Federica Bosco. Stasera in treno ho finito

I  had downloaded the pattern a little time ago and it was lying with the wool designed for this project in the basket.
Then  after knitting a bit, I think I will start the second book in the trilogy Federica Bosco. Tonight I finished the first in train

Sabato sera. Squilla il citono. E' G. (la mia Metà). Strano che abbia citofonato, di solito mi squilla un attimo prima di arrivare ed io scendo. Bah forse non era in rete. Prendo il sacchetto dell'umido da mettere fuori e vado.
Apro il portone ed eccolo lì con in mano un bellissimo mazzo di gerbere e rose. Sono rimasta come un'idiota con sacchetto in mano e i lucciconi agli occhi.... Quanto amo le sorprese!
Ecco i fiori ricevuti per il nostro anniversario anche se un po' in ritardo :) Meglio così!

Saturday evening. Entry phone rings.It's G. (my sweet Half). It's strange, he usually gives me a buzz before
coming and I go out. Maybe it was not in the network. I take the trash bag and I go.

I open the door and there he is holding a beautiful bouquet of gerberas and roses. I was like an idiot with the trash bag  in my hand and  tears fill my eyes .... How I love surprises!

Ieri ho ripreso la macchina da cucire e mi sono cimentata in un portamonete che per molti forse può esser un lavoro semplice, ma per me non lo era affatto.
Ho seguito questo tutorial che mi è sembrato molto chiaro e che alla fine ha reso il mio lavoro semplice.
Il vero problema è la mia macchina da cucire che ormai è proprio vecchia e difficile da usare.
Come ne vorrei una piccola, pratica e soprattutto facile da utilizzare.....
Comunque alla fine ci sono riuscita!


Yesterday I took the sewing machine and I try to sew a coin purse.
Perhaps it may be a simple job, but for me it 's nothing like that at all.
I followed this tutorial that I thought it was very clear, which eventually made my job easy.
The real problem is my sewing machine which is very old and difficult to use.
How I wish a small, practical and easy to use sewing machine.....
However in the end I managed!



Naturalmente il portamonete è per mia sorella. L'altro che le avevo preparato si è rivelato poco pratico!


Of course, the purse is for my sister. That,I had prepared, proved impractical!


Infine un caldo pensiero virtuale... una bella tazza di Tè che mi ha fatto compagnia stamattina tra feltro, cotone, lana e aghi...

Into the end, a warm virtual present ... a nice cup of tea that  this mornig made me company with felt, cotton, wool and needles ...

Ormai siamo al conto alla rovescia per questo nuovo weekend, ed ecco la mia TO DO LIST con tutti i progetti e le idee che voglio realizzare :)

Beh dovrei anche trovare il tempo per sistemare la mia tana dopo una settimana di polvere. Uscire a fare spese (magari di lana!). Far visita ad una mia carissima amica... e ci sarebbe anche la mia Metà che poverino durante la settimana viene un po' trascurato dato i ritmi...

Well I should find time to fix my lair after a week of dust. Going shopping (even wool!). visiting a dear friend of mine ... and there would also be my poor other-half that during the week is a little overlooked because of lack of time.

La domanda è: 'Riuscirà Mopo a fare tutto?'...Vi farò sapere! :)

I made a tree and a lot of nice snowman. I like to make snowman so I guess they will become my Christmas decorations tree.

Ho lasciato subito il mio commento per partecipare al candy e mi sono messa all'opera per creare la mia tag natalizia. Ringrazio davvero tanto Linda perchè con questa iniziativa mi ha dato lo sprone per creare qualcosa di veramente mio. Appena ho saputo il tema  ho subito pensato a cosa usare e come realizzarlo ed ho fatto tutto da sola!
Pubblicherò la foto il 10 novembre termine ultimo per la consegna dei lavori.

I just left my comment to be involved in the candy and I began to create my  Xmas tag. I want to thank Linda so much because this initiative has been the spur for making something truly mine. As soon as I know about the theme, I immediately thought about what to use and how to do and I did it all by myself!
I will publish the photo on 10th November. This is the last day to present the projects.
